Funding Guide

We are in the programme approval stage of the 2021-2027 funding period. The regulations upon which the funding is based came into effect on 01/07/2021. The planning of funding programmes is ongoing and has not yet been completed.

Therefore, detailed information on how to apply for the 2021-2027 funding period can currently not be presented on our website. However, we expect to be able to provide you with comprehensive information on the 2021-2027 funding period in the 2nd quarter of 2022 and kindly ask for your patience until then.

You can find the funding application form at the Thüringer Aufbaubank (Thuringian Development Bank) site and on the ERDF funding portalpage.

Your application will be examined for completeness and conformity with the objectives of the respective funding guideline. If all requirements are met, you will receive notice of grants containing information regarding the amount, use, and accounting of the funds available for your project and further provisions concerning, e.g., information and publicity obligations. You may not conclude project-related contracts before receiving approval.

You may call for funds as soon as the first project-related invoices have been paid. This will be checked based on the documents you submit. Subsequently, the funds are paid out. The relevant documents (contracts, invoices, proof of payment, etc.) can be found under the respective funding measure.

After completing your funding project, you are required to provide evidence of the use of the funding means in the form of a where-used list. You will find the documents necessary for this under the corresponding funding measure.
