BMWi Guidelines on Uniform European Self-Declaration
The reform of the public procurement law in the upper threshold area, which came into force on April 18th, 2016, also introduced the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), which is a uniform standard form for self-declaration by companies regarding their suitability and the absence of reasons for exclusion. The BMWi has drawn up a "Guide by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy on filling in the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD)" with the intention of making it easier for contracting authorities and companies to deal with and fill in the ESPD.
