Your application will be reviewed for completeness and compliance with the objectives of the relevant funding guidelines. If all requirements are met, you will receive the grant award notice. This notice will contain information on the amount, use, and accounting of the funding available for your project, as well as further requirements, such as information and communication obligations. You may not conclude any project-related contracts before receiving the grant approval.

You can request funds once the first invoices for the project have been paid. This request will be reviewed based on the documents you submit. The funds will then be disbursed. The relevant documents (contracts, invoices, proof of payment, etc.) can be found in the information for the respective funding program.
