BMWE Guide to the Uniform European Self-Declaration

With the reform of public procurement law in the above-threshold area, which came into force on April 18, 2016, the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) was also introduced. This is a standard form for companies to declare their suitability and that there are no grounds for exclusion. The BMWE has produced a "Guide from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy for completing the Standard European Self-Declaration (EEE)" to help public contracting authorities and companies understand and complete the EEE.
