In addition to national regulations on grant law from the Thuringian Budget Code (ThürLHO) and EU state aid law, the ERDF is subject to the legal framework of European structural policy, which includes the regulations of the Structural and Investment Funds adopted through the ordinary legislative procedure. This also includes the implementing regulations, delegated regulations, and guidelines issued by the EU Commission for the implementation of Structural Fund support. These apply directly in the member state and do not need to be transposed into national law. Below you will find links to relevant EU regulations for the ERDF from the 2021–2027 funding period.
