Complaint

Under national law, various legal remedies are available against administrative actions and decisions. These include, in particular, the appeal procedure and various legal actions. Grant recipients will receive relevant information on the permissible legal remedies in the information on legal remedies contained in the respective grant notification.

 

In addition to these procedures, the ERDF managing authority has set up a special complaints management system for complaints and reports relating to cases supported by the ERDF. The legal basis for this is Article 69(7) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060.

On this basis, anyone involved in the procedure, as well as citizens, can contact the ERDF managing authority as the central contact and coordination point using the contact form below (also anonymously), the central email inbox (not anonymously), or by post (anonymously or not anonymously). The prerequisite is that the complaint has a determinable, concrete, and comprehensible content. The same applies to each approving authority.

Every complaint received is documented and, if necessary, reviewed as quickly as possible with the involvement of the relevant department.
