This year's ERDF annual event took place on November 30, 2023, under the motto "Strengthening the growth and competitiveness of SMEs" in the famous Kaisersaal in Erfurt.
Dr. Simone Zöphel, deputy head of the ERDF managing authority, welcomed the participants to the event.
In a time of change and transformation, it is crucial to find ways in which the ERDF can not only promote the sustainable growth of SMEs, but also increase their competitiveness.
The speakers, including Wolfgang Tiefensee, Thuringia's Minister for Economic Affairs, Science, and Digital Society, shared their insights and visions. Representatives from the European Commission and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection also took part.
Following the panel discussion, ERDF-funded projects were presented and participants had the opportunity to network and exchange ideas.
