Climate Protection with Glass: How Thuringia Builds the Buildings of the Future

Can window panes make a genuine contribution to the global energy transition? The Thuringian innovation project ProLAWin proves they can: Funded by ERDF grants, bright minds from science and business are developing intelligent glass facades through which a liquid flows. The development focuses on a highly precise joining and manufacturing process that completely and securely encloses these delicate capillary systems inside the panes.
